For many, spring cleaning is one of those things that you don’t want to do; however, the joy that comes from seeing the work done is well worth it. Giving your house a good deep clean from top to bottom may seem overwhelming, but it can be a manageable and enjoyable task.
Whether you prefer to start outside and make your way in, create a realistic schedule for you and those you live with. Take it one task at a time and ask for help from family and friends.
Before getting to our list, here are a few tips and techniques to help you prep for your spring cleaning.
Restock Cleaning Supplies
Take inventory of all of your must-have supplies and cleaners and restock. This includes sponges, towels, and mop heads. If you go the all-natural route, check to ensure you have all the products you need.
Dust Everything
Before getting down to the nitty-gritty, dust EVERYTHING! This will ensure your home is ready to be scrubbed and wiped down without dust building up on your sponge or towel.
